Returns & Exchanges

We employ the highest quality of craftsmanship and the most stringent quality checks on every garment we produce. However, we understand that sometimes something isn’t quite right. If that is the case you can inform us and we’ll be happy to exchange the order. (Only size issues and manufacturing defects will be rectified.) 
 
Write to us at badoliyasons@gmail.com strictly within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange. Once acknowledged by the team, please send the product back to us yourself, as of today, we do not provide a reverse pickup facility.
 

You can now return the unused product within 2days after delivery in case you don't like or any other issue.

Note: The original shipping charges and taxes and duties paid on the receipt are non- refundable. The return shipping charges and taxes are to be borne by the customer. If the customer receives a faulty product/wrong order, Badoliya & Sons will be responsible for bearing all the costs stated above.

Shipping & Delays

Shipping to anywhere in India* is free. Orders in major cities of direct connectivity are delivered within 2 to 3 days. For smaller cities and remote addresses, we keep a grace of up to 7 days.

Payments & Charges

In support of the digital economy, we only provide digital payments. You can pay by net banking, UPI, Paytm, Debit and Credit cards only. Note: We do not provide Cash On Delivery (COD).
 
In case of returns, all reverts will be made in the same process as they happened. E.g. if a customer paid by Paytm, the customer will get their money return in Paytm only.

Remote area Charges

All the shipping charges are flat charges and are not based on postal codes. If the shipping address is in a remote area, you may hear from us regarding the shipping charge changes.

Colour Texture

​

Please note that due to the nature of the dyeing process, colours and textile look will vary between different lots. Hence photos and actual products may seem different in some cases. 
 
While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the website, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.
